Step To Process
Goto >controll panel
click the >administrative tools select
system tools from the right window panel
now "double-click" the local user and groups
Now You Will Get All Login Access
right click on any account whose you want to change password
Now Pop-up Message Will Appear.
click the proceed option
Now Change Your Password....
